| Coxhead Athletic Fields
On October 7, 2005, the Trinity School community joined together to dedicate Coxhead Fields, named for George Coxhead, a Chapel Hill businessman and sports enthusiast who had prayed years ago for a school like Trinity. School patrons and Coxhead friends and family had contributed over $150,000 to build Trinity’s first athletic playing fields. Boy’s baseball, girl’s soccer, and club lacrosse began playing on the fields in spring of 2005 and students and teams of all ages have been enjoying them ever since!
