Trinity welcomes families and students from other faiths, as well as those from other nonreligious backgrounds. All parents commit themselves to support the educational mission of the school.

How does Transitional Kindergarten differ from Kindergarten?
Our transitional kindergarten provides an opportunity where younger fives can thrive and have the gift of time to develop in accordance with their natural pace. We admit children to this program who in our opinion would benefit from more than one year of formal schooling before entering first grade. Therefore, our presumption is that transitional kindergarten students will move to kindergarten the following year. Students applying for transitional kindergarten must turn five before October 17 (the North Carolina public school cutoff), and those applying for kindergarten must turn five before July 1 of the year for which application is being made.
Does Trinity offer after school care?
In the 2007-2008 school year, Trinity School launched its own on-campus after school program called the Trinity Neighborhood, for Trinity students in grades 1-5. Find out more about our afterschool program.
