Making a Trinity Education Affordable

A Trinity School education is an investment. We know that families make sacrifices to send their children to Trinity. Even with such sacrifices, some families are not able to afford a Trinity education. We are pleased to offer a flexible tuition rate for families who qualify. Flexible tuition is a need-based tuition arrangement similar to those used by many private schools, colleges, and universities. It allows families to apply for reduced tuition, in contrast to applying for a grant or award.

The flexible tuition program supports our commitment to making a Trinity education accessible to families from a wide range of socioeconomic backgrounds. Approximately 25% of our current families pay tuition below the top of the rates. Every family’s financial situation is different. We invite those who believe that the full cost of a Trinity education would be unsustainable to apply for flexible tuition.

Tuition ranges for 2017–2018

TK–K               $5,680–$11,360
Grades 1–5     $7,750$15,500
Grades 6–8     $8,595$17,190
Grades 9–12   $10,375$20,750
Flexible tuition rates are based on a need analysis that takes into account each family's unique financial circumstances.

Flexible tuition is need-based. We determine each family’s contribution through objective information submitted through TADS, a third-party service, in much the same way as do other private schools, colleges, and universities.
