The TPO Mission

The purpose of the Trinity Parent Organization is to promote a strong sense of community in partnership with the school and to facilitate communication, cooperation, involvement, and service throughout the Trinity School community.

The TPO has established a number of goals and objectives for its service.  These guide the plans and programs of the TPO.  For a list of these goals and objectives, see the TPO Mission webpage.  

 

TPO Membership 

All parents and guardians of students of Trinity School are  members of the TPO.  There are no membership dues. 

 

Third Thursday TPO Meetings 

TPO Meetings for the entire parent body are held on the third Thursday of each month in the South Building Library from 8:15–9:30 a.m.  Please join us and get plugged in to the mission of Trinity School...it's a great way to meet new friends too!

FUNDRAISING INFORMATION

Join us at Bull Street Gourmet & Market and 10% of sales are donated to Trinity! (located just minutes from Trinity at Hope Valley Square, 3710 Shannon Rd.) No coupon or flyer necessary. Just bring a good appetite!

New...It's Shoparoo!  Shoparoo is a free iPhone and Android app that turns pictures of your shopping receipts into donations to Trinity School. It's quick, easy, and convenient: shop anywhere you want, buy whatever you normally buy. Then just take a moment to snap a quick picture of your receipt andvoilà!—you've made an instant cash donation to Trinity.  For every person that signs up via the URL below in January, Trinity will receive 500 Roo points.  Please share the link with your family and friends—all signups through this link will benefit Trinity School!

Box Tops for Education:  Turn your shopping trips into easy cash for Trinity School by looking for the Box Tops logo on hundreds of products in almost every aisle of the store. All you need to do is clip the hot pink box tops and send them labeled with your child's name and teacher to school, and your child's teacher will place them in the classroom's Box Tops collection envelope—each one is worth 10 cents for Trinity School. You could also try out the Box Tops/Labels for Education collection mailbox in the carpool lane! Trinity School collected a total of $740 from the Lower School Fall Box Tops contest. Congratulations to the three winning classes: Mrs. Wright, Mrs. Tyndall, and Mrs. O'Briant!

Online Shopping Earns Box Tops Too!  Go online and register Trinity School at www.boxtops4education.com. Then you can earn eBoxTops for Trinity School when you do your shopping online. Once you've signed up, simply start your online shopping at the Marketplace or Reading Room, and you can earn eBoxTops with every $10 qualifying purchase you make. Only clipped box tops will go towards the contest, but all Box Tops collected help Trinity School.

Labels for Education: Visit www.elabelsforeducation.com to enter your Food Lion MVP card number and your Kroger Plus number, then select Trinity School.  Labels for Education products you purchase will automatically earn 1 point for Trinity at the register, and if you also send in the label, Trinity gets those points again!  If you choose to send in the labels, please make sure the UPC is turned in with the barcode intact. They cannot be counted if  the barcode cannot be read. 

Harris Teeter VIC Cards:  The Trinity School code for Harris Teeter's "Together in Education" program is 2941. It's time to relink! Thank you!

Kroger Cards:  Trinity has an opportunity to earn points for school supplies from the Kroger Cares Program. Kroger has set aside $300,000 for schools to earn a percentage of by visiting customer service at Kroger and linking Kroger Plus cards to Trinity School. Each time your card is scanned at the register, it's like a vote for Trinity. The more "votes" we get, the larger our percentage of the money we are given. 

Target REDcard Take Charge of Education:  REDcards users receive 5% discount on all purchases. Link cards to Trinity and the school receives 1% of the money spent. Link your REDcard online today at Target.com!

Electronics for recycling (cell phones, MP3s, game systems, Ipads, used or unused ink and toner cartridges, etc.) Your unwanted items can help raise funds for Trinity.  You can drop off donations in the bins next to the reception desks in both LS and US buildings. Thank you!
