Inclement Weather Policy

Announcements of school closing, delay, or early dismissal due to inclement weather or hazardous road conditions will be communicated through the following:

• an email from Trinity Communications,
• posted on the website in a pop-up window, and 
• recorded on the school’s inclement weather hotline.

DELAYED OPENING: On days when there is a delayed opening, classes will begin at 10:00 a.m. for all grades.  Students may arrive on campus no earlier than 9:45 a.m.  No before school gatherings will occur.  No activities will begin prior to 10:00 a.m.

EARLY DISMISSAL:  It is the responsibility of parents to be alert to possible early closings due to inclement weather and to provide for the prompt pick-up of their children when this occurs.
