Jenny (Denton) Bodnar (8th grade, 2004) took a semester off from her studies at Duke University to live and work in Tanzania. She volunteered in Moshi with a number of organizations. One of her most rewarding projects was to start a running club at a local Tanzanian school called Mawenzi. You can read more about her adventures at her blogsite: A Season in Moshi. Jenny has returned to Durham, where she and fellow alumna Taylor Ray have joined the faculty of Trinity School.
Lindsey Ervin (8th grade, 2007) is attending Wake Forest University as a student-athlete in the Wake Forest women's soccer program. Head Coach Tony da Luz says, "Lindsey is a very versatile midfielder. She can play either wide or inside, and she's even played a little bit at outside back. Her versatility is going to be great."
