Making a Trinity Education Affordable
A Trinity School education is an investment, and we know that families make sacrifices to send their children to Trinity. Even with such sacrifices, though, some families are not able to afford a Trinity education. We are pleased to offer a flexible tuition rate for families who qualify. Flexible tuition is a need-based tuition arrangement similar to those used by many private schools, colleges, and universities. It allows families to apply for reduced tuition, in contrast to applying for a grant or award.
The flexible tuition program supports our commitment to making a Trinity education accessible to families from a wide range of socioeconomic backgrounds. Approximately 25% of our current families pay tuition below the full rate. Every family’s financial situation is different, and we invite those who believe that the full cost of a Trinity education would be unsustainable to apply for flexible tuition.
2020–2021 Tuition Ranges
Grades 1–5: $8,325–$16,650
Grades 6–8: $9,490–$18,980
Grades 9–12: $11,600–$23,200
Flexible tuition rates are based on a need analysis that takes into account each family’s unique financial circumstances.
Flexible tuition is need-based. We determine each family’s contribution using objective information submitted through TADS, a third-party service, in much the same way as do other private schools, colleges, and universities.
Once your enrollment contract is signed, you have committed to your child's tuition at Trinity for the full academic year. Trinity School offers families the opportunity to purchase a tuition refund plan and encourages families to review the financial obligations they are committing to in their enrollment contract.
