Summer Camp Policies
Campers may be dropped off at Trinity School as early as fifteen minutes before the start of their particular camp.
Please note: Camps with low enrollment prior to the start date may be removed from the summer camp schedule. If this occurs, we will contact families at least two weeks prior to the start of camp. A full refund will be issued if Trinity School cancels a camp. All administrative fees are nonrefundable. No refunds will be made after camp starts except for serious injury or illness. A Camper Permission and Waiver Form must be completed by June 1, 2019.
Additional Summer Opportunities
Trinity School is pleased to share Summer Opportunities and Learning Adventures, an extensive compilation of information on local, national, and worldwide programs that may interest families looking for enrichment experiences during the school year or the summer months. Distributed by our College Counseling Office in the Upper School, it is applicable especially for older students, but some information may be of interest to younger students as well.
Registration for Trinity School’s 2019 Summer Camps is now open. There is an early bird discount of $10 per camper if the camper is registered and paid for by May 12, 2019.

When you register for camp, an administration fee is charged per camper. If you decide to cancel your registration before June 1, Trinity School will reimburse monies paid in excess of the administration fee. You must request this cancellation in writing before June 1. After June 1, no refunds will be given and full payment is due.
Campers who withdraw less than two weeks prior to camp will receive a 50% refund. There will be no refunds after the camps start except for serious injury or illness. Trinity School reserves the right to cancel any camp based on enrollment or other circumstances. Should Trinity School cancel a program in which your child is enrolled, you will be offered a 100% refund or credit towards another camp. Trinity School reserves the right to change or modify camp activities due to weather or other circumstances.
For the safety and wellness of all campers, please notify the Trinity School Summer Camp office (via email at firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone at 919-408-7928) if your child is ill and will be absent from camp. This information will be passed on to the appropriate teacher or director.
Trinity School expects campers to demonstrate respect toward all camp staff members and fellow campers at all times while attending Trinity School camps. Campers are expected to act responsibly, be kind to others, keep all facilities clean, and follow simple directions. Students dismissed for behavioral reasons will not receive a refund.
