Enrollment Management Associate
Trinity seeks an Enrollment Management Associate to provide administrative support to the Director of Enrollment Management, Assistant Director of Enrollment Management, and Enrollment Management and Flexible Tuition Administrator to ensure smooth operation of the Enrollment Management Office. Trinity is a highly missional school, and an understanding of and commitment to the school’s mission is essential: our mission is to educate students in transitional kindergarten to grade twelve within the framework of Christian faith and conviction—teaching the classical tools of learning; providing a rich yet unhurried curriculum; and communicating truth, goodness, and beauty. This is a full-time, 12-month position reporting to the Director of Enrollment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Provide administrative support to the Director of Enrollment Management, Assistant Director of Enrollment Management, and Enrollment Management and Flexible Tuition Administrator to ensure smooth operation of the Enrollment Management Office.
- Assist in promoting Trinity School and its mission among prospective families, current families, and the general public.
- Provides outstanding customer service to prospective families in person, or via phone, and email interactions.
- Greet and assist individuals and prospective families who contact the Enrollment Management Office to ensure that all individuals receive adequate and appropriate assistance in a timely and hospitable manner.
- Responds to inquiries and registration forms and answers frequently asked questions.
- Schedules and coordinates prospective student visits, assessments, interviews, and standardized testing.
- Willingness to identify efficiencies and manage projects, including enhancement of the parent connector program, new family events, and visit follow up.
- Assists with researching, ordering, and assembling promotional materials and branded merchandise, and maintaining an inventory.
- Assists with planning, coordinating, staffing, and executing Enrollment Management information sessions, group tours, school fairs, and retention events.
- Performs other duties as assigned by the Director of Enrollment Management, Assistant Director of Enrollment Management, and Enrollment Management and Flexible Tuition Administrator.
Marketing and Community Outreach:
- Supports the Enrollment Management staff and the Director of Marketing with implementing social media strategy, website updates, planned move mailings, and community outreach.
- Researches and stays informed of competitor school websites, tuition rates, social media posts, and events.
- Follows and monitors local parent social media groups in order to stay informed regarding hot topics and local trends.
- Follows, monitors, and responds to review sites, such as Niche and Private School Review.
- Delivers admission materials to realtors, area preschools, feeder schools, churches, businesses, relocation specialists, school consultants, and prospective parents.
- Analyzes multiple lead captures including website (UBIQ DXP), LinkedIn, Veracross, Meta, review sites (Niche), and AI (ChatGPT). Formulates a personalized marketing strategy for each platform.
- Creates and distributes email newsletters and SMS notifications for prospective families.
QUALIFICATIONS

A Bachelor’s degree is preferred. Training or experience to the equivalent of two years of increasingly responsible work experience in a support or marketing role. Enrollment management, administrative, or marketing experience at an independent school or in higher education is preferred.

- Excellent interpersonal skills, including hospitality, enthusiasm, and empathy
- High level of motivation and a positive attitude
- Familiarity with educational CMS platforms, web design, Google workspace, Veracross, and Canva are a plus.
- Must demonstrate the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
