Happy Campers All Summer Long!

Trinity School offers week-long, full-day camps all summer for rising 1st–6th grade students. Participants will enjoy a variety of activities that will keep their bodies and their brains active. Each week features a field trip and swimming for some fun in the sun!

Camp Schedule
  • Monday–Friday
  • 8:30 a.m.–3:30 p.m.
  • Extended Care available 3:30–5:00 p.m.
  • Camps run weekly from June 10–July 22, 2024
  • There will be no camp on June 19 and the week of July 4.

Camp Theme
Every summer is centered around a special theme. And each week of camp has special activities and outings.
New this year!
Mad Science Mondays

We'll kick off each week with a Science Explorer Workshop that includes hands-on, age-appropriate STEM activities with a fun take-home.
Swimming Fridays
To cap off the end of a great week, we'll take the bus over to Hillsborough Sportsplex for some fun splashing and swimming!

Camp hours
  • Regular hours are from 8:30 a.m.–3:30 p.m.
  • Extended Care is from 3:30–5:00 p.m.
  • Drop-off starts at 8:30 a.m.
Who can register to attend a summer camp?
  • Camps are offered for children and youth in grades 1–6. Rising Kindergarten students who are currently enrolled in Trinity TK are also eligible.
  • Register your child based on his or her rising 2023–2024 grade.
Is there an Early Bird discount?
  • Yes, there is a 10% Early Bird discount. Just complete your registration during the Early Bird discount period (before January 31) and use the code "EarlyBird".
What forms of payment are accepted for summer camps?
  • Our online registration system, Veracross, accepts Visa, MasterCard, and checks.
  • Camp registrations are not confirmed until payment is made (for the first week that you registered, if you registered for multiple weeks).
What are the cancellation/refund/withdrawal policies?
  • When you register for camp, an administration fee is charged per camper.
  • If you decide to cancel your registration before June 1, Trinity School will reimburse monies paid in excess of the administration fee.
  • You must request this cancellation in writing before June 1.
  • After June 1, no refunds will be given and full payment is due.
  • Campers who withdraw less than two weeks prior to camp will receive a 50% refund.
  • There will be no refunds after the camp starts except for serious injury or illness.
  • Trinity School reserves the right to cancel any camp based on enrollment or other circumstances.
  • Trinity School reserves the right to change or modify camp activities due to weather or other circumstances.
My camper is sick, what should I do?
  • For the safety and wellness of all campers, please notify the Trinity School Summer Camp office (via email at jcampbell@tsdch.org or by phone at 919-402-8262) if your child is ill and will be absent from camp.
  • This information will be passed on to the appropriate teacher or director.
What are Trinity’s expectations for campers?
  • Trinity School expects campers to demonstrate respect toward all camp staff members and fellow campers at all times while attending Trinity School camps.
  • Campers are expected to act responsibly, be kind to others, keep all facilities clean, and follow simple directions.
  • Students dismissed for behavioral reasons will not receive a refund.
Are cell phones, electronic games, or electronic devices allowed on campus?
  • Unless the device is utilized in a camp class, we ask that if your camper brings a cell phone or electronic device of any kind to Trinity summer camps it remain in a book bag, backpack, or tote so that it is not accessible during the day.
What should my student bring to camp? Where do I drop off/pick up my camper?
  • All families will receive an email approximately two weeks before the start date of camp with specific camp details regarding location, drop-off and pickup, and what to bring for camp.
